Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I heavily use Cooldown Progress (Slot) triggers to track cooldowns of equipped items in Classic and cannot conveniently add an Item in Range conditional to them. It is especially problematic on trinket slots as I cannot realistically enumerate every trinket I might have in either trinket slot without adding loads of triggers.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like Cooldown Progress (Slot) triggers to support the Item in Range conditional that Cooldown Progress (Item) triggers have.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I've considered adding N Cooldown Progress (Item) triggers to capture every item that might be in the slot but it sucks badly.
