Request for position on an emerging web specification

Anything else we need to know

We would like to extend the Notification API to better support VoIP web applications with incoming call scenarios. It is written in the explainer, but I would like to emphasize that most of the added functionality will be restricted to installed web apps. Thanks for your attention :)
