CSV headings line

In Table view when you choose the top row as headings it also includes the quote marks - it would be good I think if the headings used the content without the quote marks.

ALSO I think if the headings could always be there rather than just when you scroll, as it's fairly distracting having them appear and disappear back to A B C and back again as you scroll...
