The "Readiness Questions" section seems to have questions that a user would be able to answer after going through the tutorial instead of the "Prerequisite Skills". It would be better to place those questions as what the user should be able to answer at the end of the tutorial. The "Readiness Section" could have questions such as:

What should happen next to apply the feedback?
Several other Lesson Plans include Readiness Questions that rephrase the title and objectives. It might be standard practice, but it could be confusing, like in this case.
Then again, maybe it'll make more sense to rename the somewhat ambiguous term Readiness Questions to something that covers motivations or pain points.
The improvement I would like to suggest is in the Lesson plan template. The "Readiness Section" can have a short description for the users to know the questions are to check readiness for the tutorial and can be answered easily after the Prerequisites are completed.
