Conditional requirement from other tabs in the IMMZ DAK

IMMZ.D.DE.15 "Preterm birth" has a conditional requirement of "Required if input in IMMZ.C.DE13 Age is <1 month"

These are being set up as logical models and questionnaires. Since this is collected at different stages, I don't really have a good way to make this question required in the IMMZ.D1 logical model/questionnaire to refer to a question in IMMZ.C.

They only thing I can think of, I'm not sure if there's even a good way to test it. I can use enableWhenExpression from SDC, but it would have to refer to the subject assuming that is even populated at that point and have to resolve it. But that wouldn't really reference IMMZ.C.
