If the technology stacks allow, a Docker container could be an asset for the hassle-free deployment of tools.

@Munfred I've added a docker-compose.yml file to run the api and the web app from the same command. I also added a main .env file to pass .h5ad file paths to Docker and some instructions in the readme file. ATM you can find the code in the reviewers_comments_VA branch
