Detach the New Entry line, and sorting entries?

If you have a lot of entries, when you add a new one, the "Type Input... (required)" line scrolls off screen. You can't get to it without clicking off and scrolling. I wish the box would be detached and permanently visible/accessible.
Or for there to be a keyboard shortcut to jump to it.

I also wish I could sort entries alphabetically. When you start adding a lot, it makes it a difficult to quickly/easily notice and duplicate/redundant entries.

I see, it can be annoying to add entries to a long list. But don't need to click outside. You can move with arrow keys and it will become visible.

About sorting entries, it would be problematic because the order of substitution is important. But you can use the search field above the list and it will filter entries with the string you type.
