Player Frame won't change, frames do not autoadjust

Per the title the Player Frame will not change despite whatever artwork I choose.

I use Titan Panel and the frames do not adjust anymore when using the bottom bars unless i go back to settings and reselect the artwork.

i am not sure if i should make my own thread or add to this. i think this sounds like my issue kinda! No matter what i do i can not change my player and target frames. I can move them, make them 3d or 2d but not change the art option on them. I have downloaded every update (via twitch) so is this not a problem everyone is having or just a few are having.

Anyhow i loaded up a character using only the following add ons- spartan ui and bartender. All other add ons are off. Did a fresh walk through on the menu thingy... The player frames you see are the only ones i ever get and i cant change them.. they are not the frames that go to the border where my spells are. I always use matching set!

I know you guys or singular person are working hard on these fixes... i am not tech knowledgable and just wanted to try to explain my issue. Thanks for listning/reading!
