I downloaded the project and was attempting to run for the first time and it appears the addon config json is missing?
Please let me know if I'm messing something basic up.

Gooday, please read the readme more carefully.

Regarding 5. BlazorServer Configuration process

  1. When running the BlazorServer for the first time you will have to follow a setup process:
