XRT build.sh script fails to find pybind11

I had to modify the build.sh script in order to build XRT for the XDNA NPU.

• I am building on a Ryzen AI Strix mini PC with Ubuntu 22.04.4 installed.
• I have upgraded the kernel by building Linux 6.14-rc3 from source. From that I am able to see the xdna-driver loaded.
• I am building XRT @ f02de26.
• I installed the prerequisites by copying the list of packages from the ub_package_list.
• I had to add the following line to the build.sh script in order to build XRT for NPU with the following command: ./build.sh -npu -opt.
  • cmake_flags+=" -DCMAKE_PREFIX_PATH=$(pip show pybind11 | grep ^Location: | awk '{print $2}')/pybind11"

Is this expected or a bug?
