我验证了一下，我们的函数应该都是对的，只是获取的时间点不一样，例如你的获取本月最后一天这个函数，你获取的最后一天的当前时间，我获取的是最后一天的0点

你那个函数好像不是固定获取从这个月第一天的时间，和最后一天的时间，是从当前时间获取到想要的时间的，我这个是固定的
是从这个月就获取第一天的时间，和最后一天时间
