I can't log into the Vendor Dashboard. I can log into the Siberian Site, and Support but not the Vendor Dashboard. Likewise, I get a Fatal Database error when attempting to access the Form. I'm assuming the Form is still in the migration process. |
@clifton11221 it should be good now, let us know, thanks |
Both demos, MAE & PE are under maintenance, we will perform a complete reset early January |
Both the Vendor Dashboard and Support Forum are operating as normal for me now. |

@frmoretto this one should be solved However, the downloader is under maintenance (but you should see a maintenance page, with a clear message) The downloader will be back ASAP too. |
Downloader is back online. |
Happy New Year 2025 A new version is planned? |
I'm encountering a problem updating my Siberian CMS instance. I've been seeing the error "Unable to fetch the update. Please, try again later." for some time, and I'm wondering if version 5.0.13 has been released. I'm also looking for alternative update methods if the usual process isn't working. I've investigated the issue by examining the update process. A POST request from the {"filename":"siberian_mae.update.5.0.12.zip","version":"5.0.12","url":"http:\/\/updates02.siberiancms.com\/versions\/2017\/stable\/mae\/siberian_mae.update.5.0.12.zip","success":1} However, a subsequent POST request from the {"error":1,"message":"#501: Missing parameters"} I've verified that both requests include the correct licenseKey and host parameters. This suggests a problem with the update server or the way the download request is being handled, even though the initial version check is successful. I'd appreciate any insights into this issue and potential solutions. |
I still have this error Unable to fetch update |
