[1.19.2] Multiple issues with the rain

Over the course of using this mod, the one issue I have had with it was the rain.

• Custom rain, typically used in something like a dimension mod, does not work.
• Shaders are also incompatible with the rain.
• In dry biomes like the desert, the sandstorm effect shows, but rain particles on the ground also show. Or in the badlands, there is no precipitation, but there are still rain particles on the ground.
