Hello! |
Hi, |
Changing the frequency to 8.0 helped a lot but there was still a small (blank) region. I had to use 7.0 instead and it now works correctly for me.

Hi, |
Hi, I have a new YDLIDAR X4 and when I tried to scan the room I get a ~90° blank space. I turned the LIDAR around to make sure that it's not due to some reflection or something.
Does anyone know that I did wrong?

When I use the ydlidar_ros package it works perfectly.

the straight line on the left is a closet. It is visible with ydlidar_ros but not with ydlidar_ros_driver
