GTEx v8 pipeline

1. Extract sample information

2. Take RSEM values and break down them into convert them to Gaussian values. We used RSEM quantified expected count data. Previous benchmarks show stable performance of RSEM.

3. Perform confounder correction with half-sibling regression.
