And I don't think it happens every time. It might only be happening after a major update to MacOS. |

Run into this issue after upgrading macOS Big Sur to 11.6. Can be reproduced without system upgrade.
It looks strange to me that the shipped Python.app depends on Yubico/yubikey-manager-qt#261 is related. Error log:

Same here, just upgraded to BigSur and applied all patches. It only happens during login (after reboot) after that the application starts without a problem. |
This is happening frequently to me on restarts. I'm trying to track down why this would be loading at startup... |
