Seems like this has occurred with many configurations and I'm just running into it myself.

Windows 10.0.22631.4460.
Yubikey 5Ci.

Yubikey Manager and Authenticator both work.

Have run pip install libusb and libusb1 but still the same error.

Why this no-worky?
