Setting user as admin will not work on first installation #516

Using the command "/opt/yunohost/matrix-synapse/set_admin_user.sh '@badarrow:badarrow.ynh.fr'" to set user as admin like YunoHost suggested.

Running the command it outputs :

"WARNING: database "synapse" has no actual collation version, but a version was recorded
UPDATE 0"

Accessing using Synapse Admin will show "M_FORBIDDEN (403): You are not a server admin"

Server is running YunoHost 12.0.11
