frost-client contacts: generates invalid contact strings

Thanks @james-katz for the report.

The version field is missing which makes them impossible to import with frost-client import.

I'm not sure how truly useful is the ability to see contact strings for your contacts, we need to decide if we want to fix this or if we want contact strings to be only generated by the owner of the public key with export
