/Rankup command crashes the server

Description of Issue

From the this version (Latest cmi, CMILIB -1 version)

Whenever a user /rankup, the server crashes and spams the Recipe error which removes all recipes.

Version Information

CMI: 9.7.9.4 MySQL CMILib: 1.5.3.2 -> 1.5.3.3

Errors

Recipe error, wasn't able to copy due to crash

Feel free to close this if this has been resolved on latest CMILib version. Wasn't able to test it as I immediately disabled the rankup command.

After trying for a few times, this spams to the console after typing /rankup:

There's a lot of this as well.

Found the issue, it seems here that the /cmi money give all now defaults to alloffline instead to allonline. It crashes the server as there are players who doesn't have the recipes anymore.
