Moved nodes are silently returned

Investigate this post: despite tags being merged, it seems the position is still kept from the editor.

It affected this POI.

• Changeset #145538094 only changed the position, done through StreetComplete from 45,7662341 ; 4,8804263 to 45,7664329 ; 4,8803753
• Changeset #145539661 changed only the opening hours, done through EveryDoor. I did not touch the "move" feature of Every Door because I wasn't aware of it. Nonetheless it reset the position back to 45,7662341 ; 4,8804263
• When home I noticed the rollback I moved it back again with Changeset #145565664
