Way conflicts are not resolved on upload (NEW)

I was not able to reopen the issue, so I try this way:

Yesterday I installed version 5.4; I did not remove the old pending uploads!. Yesterday, my HDYC-account had
Map changes: 620.392 - Changesets: 34.974
After some UPdates with EveryDoor I have today
Map changes: 620.438 - Changesets: 35.063
The differences are:
MapChanges; 46 - Changesets: 89
and again, there are more changesets than MapChanges.
Checkng pending uploads now it's just the same as shown here. For me, the bug still exists ...
