feature: make it easier to add an address for US addresses

Right now mapping US addresses is a bit of a challenge.

The US address (mailing address) looks like:

<addr:housenumber> <addr:street>
<addr:city> <addr:state> <addr:postcode>

ID editor (osm web has a really nice way to do this):

Right now I am able to add housenumber and street via UI, but postcode is in a different section in the UI and city and state i have to add manually via all tags screen.
