Add a feature allowing users to specify a target file size (e.g., in MB or GB) for video compression.

Also it would be great if you can provide more feedback about it, particularly if Hardware Accelerated encoding is working for you

@aandrew-me Could we also have an option for automatic post-download conversion/compression? Basically, I'd love to be able to set a preferred output format (e.g., MP4, MKV, WebM, maybe even specific codecs like H.264, H.265, AV1 if possible) and a target file size (or bitrate, resolution - related to the original feature request) before I start the download. Then, as soon as the download finishes, ytDownloader would automatically transcode the video to my chosen format and size without any further interaction from me. No need to go hunting through menus after the fact.
