感谢维护这个项目。我使用浏览器（chorme，utf8）以及clone到本地，中文均出现乱码。

在浏览器内测试改了编码后，正常。

这个没测试，我直接看的文件。在linux使用iconv转换后的效果。 gbk转utf8
