Add good online tutorials to README

In the README, we mention that these are not comprehensive Git tutorials, and assume a basic familiarity with Git. It would be good to add at least one tutorial for complete beginners.

We could also add the Pro Git book (https://git-scm.com/book/en/v2) as a reference, though it's much larger than an introductory tutorial.
