Sorry, you mean repository is not accessible? I do not have tvOS, cannot test unfortunately

sorry I should have been more specific, I can install it but it does not open. notification comes up saying check logs. which I don't know how to do.

Repository addon or some other addon from it?

no I am really sorry, I should mentioned which Addon, its "unlock advancedsettings". installs fine but does not open, in fact I can open its settings but when I click run its crashes.

I just checked on the Mac OSX - works fine. Which generation of tvOS do you have?

It works on Mac as well, I have ATV 4K. I will try to record it and see if I can upload it somewhere.
