Unless I have overlooked something, there is no documentation in ACLPUB concerning how to configure the paper submission form in one's START event in such a way that ACLPUB can later find and process the copyright forms using its Generate -> Copyright Signatures function. Is it sufficient to configure the submission page to accept an "Additional Attachment"? If so, is there a particular value we need to enter in the "What to call this document" field? It would be nice if this were documented.

This is Rich Gerber, the person who maintains the ACLPUB module in START. You do not have to ask authors to send in another document . Rather, in creating your final submission page for manuscripts, you should start with the ACLPUB template (in the Submission Page Editor). The authors will agree to the copyright and e-sign it on that page. Then the copyright signatures will be automatically generated for the anthology people to access. If this is a softconf-related issue, send mail to [email protected].
