Toggle PTT for Bluetooth

@morlunk - cheers for a fantastic app, I appreciate your efforts and ongoing support. Best value app I've paid for.

I use my Bluetooth keyboard as a hardware PTT but find I have to push and hold to send a message.
I find the toggle feature very handy, but it only works in software, not hardware.
I would find the toggle feature useful if it was also applied to hardware PTT (volume buttons/ Bluetooth keyboard/ USB keypad/ etc).

What do you think?

Your idea sounds great. The app is currently undergoing a massive rewrite, and I'll try to factor in your change as I rework bluetooth and hardware PTT. Thanks for the feedback.
