I have just became a proud owner of... something that claims to be StarTech PEX10000SFP.

root@nas:~# lspci -vnn | grep Tehu
02:00.0 Ethernet controller [0200]: Tehuti Networks Ltd. TN9510 10GBase-T/NBASE-T Ethernet Adapter [1fc9:4025]
        Subsystem: Tehuti Networks Ltd. Ethernet Adapter [1fc9:3015]

1fc9:4025:1fc9:3015 seems fine, but after inserting module i get

[   13.189050] tn40xx: Tehuti Network Driver from https://github.com/acooks/tn40xx-driver, linux-6.7.y-1
[   13.189974] tn40xx: Supported phys :    QT2025 TLK10232 AQR105 MUSTANG
[   13.190490] tn40xx 0000:02:00.0: enabling device (0000 -> 0002)
[   13.191107] tn40xx 0000:02:00.0: srom 0x0 HWver 16 build 0 lane# 4 max_pl 0x1 mrrs 0x2
[   13.301153] tn40xx 0000:02:00.0: PHY init failed

Quick peek at the source shows that this card supposed to have aquantia phy, but I didn't recall seeing such a chip on the pcb.
So i took it out and... there's TLK10031.
Any chances to support such variant?
