Initial benchmark can focus on the NPZD model already implemented in both Agate.jl and OceanBioME.jl.

This would be primarily to build the foundation needed for DAR_ONE model validation but it would be good to check if explicit definition of parameter types (as implemented in OceanBioME.jl) impacts performance.
