Allow using asconfig.json instead of project.apm

asconfig.json is the default file used for projects in VSCode with the AS3 Extension, it would be neat if apm could handle using that as a project file instead of having a asconfig.json AND a project.apm on my projects.

Not sure about this approach, as it relies on a configuration file for one IDE and wouldn't make sense when used with other IDEs? I think it's quite common to have separate project dependency / IDE configurations.

We are however looking into generating / updating IDE configurations using apm. eg #173

Ah that could be a better approach, I was mostly just annoyed at installing deps to than manually add them to asconfig.
Though wouldn't it be needed to also support other IDEs like IntelliJ Idea, Adobe Flex/Flash Builder, PowerFlasher FDT and FlashDevelop?

Yeah I understand, definitely would be ideal if apm could auto insert the dependencies. We have done initial research into intellij and vscode and believe we should be able to support them . Flash builder probably won't be on our list as it is just too old and not supported anymore. FDT and flash develop we would likely need help with as we don't use those regularly enough.

it expects all the ANE and SWC to be on the lib folder stored on the repo root.
