Where do you find the ntv2watcher application these days?

It used to be part of the NTV2 SDK in the pre-Github days, and it's still referenced by the SDK documentation, but I cannot find it in libajantv2 or the older ntv2 repositories.

Our ntv2watcher application is still closed source. As such, it is included in the pre-compiled SDK archive in the release page for this repo.
