Ronto is a random topic generator. It randomly generates a list of ideas that 
can be used as the premises for furthur research. Ideally, it would be useful in
a situation where a new thesis topic is required, either for a masters or a 
doctorate program.

        * The 'bin' folder contains the source of the program and the 'data' 
          folder contains the data files used by the program.

        * Usage.
                ran_top.py <data file to use> <number of topics>
		eg: ran_top.py manlist 5
