[Bug]: Messages overview page end of page formatting issue #145

Description

The end of the messages list is incorrectly formatted. The lines continue past the last message

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to messages
  2. Scroll to the bottom

Expected Behavior

The line should either continue or the line should stop at the last message, possibly with a horizontal line
