Feature Request: Fuel Allowance

I get a set volume of fuel allowance each month for the miles I drive as part of my job. As I work with a forecourt retailer, I take the fuel physically at the pump instead of a payment per mile like most companies.

It would be good to enter the fill-up but with no value (as it didn't cost me anything) allowing me to track my work allowance and personal fill-ups. Currently the system errors with a 422 Status as I assume its expecting a price!

I think a better way for approaching this would be to be able to tag fillups as work/personal so that you can filter them out later.
Not filling the cost would be losing data points. It could also mess with the reports and other calculations.

Does this tagging methodology make sense?
