Alertmanager - API v2

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When I try to ack an alert, alerta logs display:

Describe the solution you'd like

Switch to API v2 url or make it configurable.

For example: https://github.com/alerta/alerta-contrib/blob/master/plugins/prometheus/alerta_prometheus.py#L62

Describe alternatives you've considered

None for now. In the next release of Altermanager, v1 API will be removed.
