BAD_POOL_CALLER BSOD when using win-sshfs on Windows 8.1 #108

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use Windows 8.1 (64-bit; this may be important) and win-sshfs 0.0.1.5.
Doesn't matter if Dokan is installed through win-sshfs running in Win 7
compatibility mode or if Dokan is installed separately without compat mode (but
if you install it separately, you are forced to use the 64-bit Dokan driver; I
don't know if this also happens when you install it through win-sshfs'
installer).
2. Use NetBeans on a SSHFS share.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I get a BSOD with an error saying BAD_POOL_CALLER. I think you get other BSOD's
too, but I don't remember the error messages. I got the BAD_POOL_CALLER one at
least thrice.

I am not sure if the error only happens when you use NetBeans, but that's the
only program I use win-sshfs with.

What version of the product are you using?

win-sshfs: 0.0.1.5
Client OS: Windows 8.1 64-bit
Server OS: Xubuntu 14.04 64-bit
Ssh server: OpenSSH_6.6.1p1 Ubuntu-2ubuntu2

Please provide any additional information below.
NetBeans version: 7.3.1
