Similar to #441, with a Polish translation.
Feel free to assign me to this.

I'm already working on Polish translations. I'm about halfway there. Do You want to help?

Sure! What repo and branch?

So basically I started new repo for this https://github.com/oskarissimus/translator It's kind of a playground with various jupyter notebooks to leverage GPT-4 with translations.

At first I translated everything with AI and thought surely it should be smart enough to yield good translations, but apparently it's not :p or I didnt prompt it well enough. Anyway I splitted english.po file by chapters to make translating process more manageble. Then I translated all of the splitted files with AI. original files are in spliting_playground/pages and spliting_playground/categories and translated files are in spliting_playground/translated

Now I am copying and pasting generated polish translations to new_way/pl.po one chapter after another, and polishing language in the process, to make translations more natural and consistent. And fixing any errors in validation.

My last commit was called CallingFunctionsTerminology which means that I translated and polished all chapters up to this one.

I also have new_way/script.py that watches for changes in pl.po and compiles it to futurecoder/translations/locales/pl/LC_MESSAGES/futurecoder.mo and runs ./scripts/generate.sh from futurecoder repo to validate for any errors. This way I can ensure that in every step I have working translation that is incrementally filled with polish texts. Also I have local frontend process running to visually inspect all the translations along the way.

After all that is finished I will upload pl.po file to poeditor

So I can add You to my translator repo, or maybe You could fork it, whatever works best for You, or maybe we could connect on futurecoder slack to discuss it further. I'm glad You are willing to help, since its quite tedious process :)

Adding to the repo would surely be the most convenient.

or maybe we could connect on futurecoder slack to discuss it further.

I've just joined futurecoder's Slack. Looking forward to get in touch!

BTW: Let's keep this issue open, so that others can see it is being done right now. I didn't any issue related to the Polish translation in the issue tracker.
@alexmojaki would you mind assigning us?

Thank you both for volunteering! @oskarissimus your process sounds really cool!

This issue has pushed me to finally make the discord server that I should have made ages ago to replace Slack. It would be great if we could refer now to old messages in the Slack translation channel but they're invisible, and I'm worried that you guys might also send some interesting messages that I'll want to refer to in the future. Sorry @bswck that you just joined the Slack only for it to be deprecated lol.
