Type: feature request

Describe what happened (or what feature you want)

Add support for OpenSergo fault-tolerance v1alpha1 spec. Maybe we can provide a data-source module for this? Discussions are welcomed.

社区近期基于 Sentinel 的功能场景，将流控降级与容错标准抽到了 OpenSergo 中。Sentinel 2.0 计划默认适配该标准，以便可以通过标准化的方式对接入 Sentinel 的框架进行统一的治理配置。具体的方案，以及标准的完善，欢迎社区进行讨论。
