This will likely serve as the area providing more description around why we have stated certain conditions.

  • Detail why "georeferencing" is "Ground Control Point Georeferencing" and how there are multiple ways to "georeference"? Does our "georeferencing" motivation cover all of them?
  • Mention Allmaps documentation.
  • Briefly explain transformation algorithms, why you need 3 or more control points, perhaps examples to show different implementations.
  • Explain more about why you only georeference Canvas and Image Service. Why can't I georeference a Manifest?
  • Explain more about why Embedded vs Referenced.
  • Mention IIIF Presentation API 2 and the presi 2 examples.
  • Mention GeoJSON sections on FeatureCollection, Feature, or position.
  • etc.
