QVImpactStreamStrategyto inherit fromQVBaseStrategyRegarding integration tests, I think we should first focus on
Alloand then we can come back to creating integration tests for strategies (maybe for our most refined ones like qv/direct grants). I created this issue and put it in the backlog for now #599Closes #595
