Postgres v. 9 is not supported by Allure TestOps starting from August 2021

Hello guys,
please be informed, we've discontinued the support of Postgres db ver. 9 starting from the Allure TestOps release 3.181.5 dated August the 19th of 2021.

Postgres ver. 11

We'll also phasing out the support of Postgres ver. 11 and the process will be completed by the end of 2021.

Please always check release notes before upgrading

What does it mean for the end users

If you still have Postgres 9 working with Allure TestOps

• The upgrade will fail when you're trying to upgrade to 3.181.5 with Postgres ver. 9 and you will brick your Allure TestOps installation
• Before upgrading you need to upgrade your Postgres DBE to the version 12
