Allure TestOps mandatory configuration parameter starting from 3.185.0

Hello there.
This is very important notice concerning all the Allure TestOps end users:
In the release 3.184.0 we've introduced new configuration parameter for the encryption of the secrets stored in the database:

• ALLURE_CRYPTO_PASSWORD - for docker-compose and K8s deployment
• allure.crypto.password - for the deployment using packages

This parameter will be considered as a mandatory on starting from the release 3.185.x and its absence will prevent your Allure TestOps instance from starting.

Please consider updating your configuration by adding the parameter above while upgrading to 3.184.0 to avoid any undesired interruptions during further upgrades.

Parameter is to be added to the configuration of both – report and uaa services.
