Moving Timeline Slider causes layer names and time to be selected

Description

When I try to expand the timeline section, the text in layer names and time under the timeline section gets selected and de-selected.

Expected Behaviour

When resizing the timeline section it should impact the text selections.

I am so sorry I forgot to add the expected behavior section in the issue. I've updated it now.

Still to answer your query: It should not select/deselect text selections when resizing the timeline section.
