Show the full documentation as a single page

Sometimes people want to read the documentation without needing to switch between pages. This would also make it easier to search using CTRL+f.

I think the current format is nice and should be the default, but adding an option to show a single page with the full documentation would be very useful.

CTRL+F is the same as using the search bar on top

Currently it is distinctly different:

1. The search does not match on std lib names.
2. Matches only show the page links and don't jump to the match.
