Splitting yaml file

This is a great tool. However, it seems to work only with a single composite yaml file. If I've references $ref to yaml files, it breaks. Does it work with splitted yaml?

@deepakaggarwal7 Sorry for my late response. I too encountered the same problem where I need to maintain one giant (6000+ lines! It's insane!) yaml file at some project.

So I made another CLI tool called swagpack to fix the problem. Please check this out!
