Use dependencies instead of copying libraries into the project #10

There are several libraries that are just copy/pasted in, rather than using PIO's powerful dependency resolution

PubSubClient
NTPClient (not even sure if this is needed, as I've stripped it out completely and the app continues to work fine)
Others?
