Atom package

I think we can make Atom package and it can useful.
Because :

• You work in your IDE and after build your project, we open new bar with PostCSS-debug. Where user see your files and plugin Postcss.
  How you idea ?

Nice idea. But since the debugger would not be included (?) in the user's build process we would have to provide an easy way to tell it which PostCSS plugins to run. Like for the postcss-debug CLI.

Okay, but we can try make this idea in the future ?

Maybe. I have never written an Atom plugin before, but it shouldn''t be too hard, I guess.
