[Known bug] - Addon frame sometimes freeze or duplicate #1

The drawn frame sometimes freeze so you're unable to scroll.
A duplicated scroll-able frame is drawn either on top or underneath a static frame, resulting in overlapping text and icons.

Unknown why this happens.
Doing a /reload temporarily fixes it as the clients whole framestack is redone from scratch.
